Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)’s

 How do I pay?

You can pay using a credit card via Paypal - just follow the directions on the “Booking a Session page.

 How secure is the internet?

Using MSN Messenger as the means of communicating live with my clients is a convenient, yet secure method. However, you should bear in mind the following 2 points:-

  • Make sure you are using the latest available version of MSN Messenger. When you are using it, it will usually tell you if there is a new version available, and offer you the opportunity to install it.

  • MSN Messenger is often configured to save a transcript, or 'Chat Log' of your on-line discussions. If others are likely to use your account on the PC you intend to use, and you do not want anyone to see this information, please turn of the option in Messenger. You do this by selecting (In Messenger) Tools, Options, Messages, and clearing the tick-box entitled "Automatically keep a history of my conversations"

If your on-line session is to be conducted by e-mail, please make sure that you take all of the normal precautions to ensure privacy of your communication if others have access to your PC.

If your security is at risk or you have reason to fear this risk then please tell me by your most preferred means of contact. You can e-mail me or by telephone on (44) 01284 752845 or fax on the same number.

How far does confidentiality go?

I will protect your confidentiality so long as I do not suspect you of harming yourself or any third party.  I will always tell you of my intentions and discuss them with you beforehand.

How many e-mails will I receive?

You will receive 1 e-mail in reply to yours.  Please give me as much information and put as much detail in it as you can.  My e-mail will not be a few lines long, it will comprehensive and informative.

How do I arrange a time to suit me for live MSN?

Once you make your online payment, you will be taken to a page on which you can send me your e-mail address, and some preferred dates and times for your online appointment. I will then contact you on the e-mail you have provided to confirm our session together.

What is the turn around time for replying to letters, e-mail etc?

I will aim to reply to you within 48 hours; although if you require a postal reply this will take longer (usually within 72 hours).
