By using Emhart Online Counselling Services, which is a subsidiary of Emhart, it is understood that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

Emhart Online Counselling Services refers to the practice and the counsellor who is the owner of the computer used to provide online counselling, in this case it is Emma Taylor. Emhart Online Counselling Services maybe referred to as Emhart Online or Emhart Counselling throughout this website. Counsellor is an individual professional member of a national counselling body who has agreed to adhere to the ethical framework for good practice in counselling and psychotherapy as published by the BACP and be having regular professional supervision. Counselling Session refers to the communication that a counsellor engages in with a client using Emhart’s Online Counselling Service. Counselling Room refers to the environment surrounding the counsellor conducting a counselling session with or without a client.

Emhart Online Counselling Service agrees to the following:

Emhart Online Counselling Services agrees to provide the Emhart Online Counselling Service.

Emhart Online Counselling Services uses PayPal as a channel for payment whereby clients may pay at an agreed rate for individual counselling sessions. The mechanics and operation of this payment channel are, however, outside the scope of this agreement and are the subject of an agreement between the Emhart and the payment handling organisation.

Emhart Online Counselling Services will use its best endeavours to maintain the privacy, security, and confidentiality of all clients and counselling activities which take place using the online counselling services, and to inform all affected should any event occur which compromises this commitment.

I, Emma Taylor accept responsibility for controlling the access rights and security of the computer that I control.

I agree to restrict the use of the counselling room whilst in session.
I agree that this agreement shall be governed by the laws and courts of England.
